Item Descriptions
Sellers must provide clear, honest, and detailed descriptions for every item listed. Each listing should include:
- Item type (DTF transfer, screen print transfer, patch, etc.)
- Size or dimensions
- Print or material type
- Application instructions when applicable
- Turnaround time
- Any special requirements for pressing or use
- Clear photos or mockups of the design
Listings should accurately represent the product being sold so buyers know exactly what to expect.
Clear Shop Policies
Every seller must post clear shop policies and follow them when issues arise. Your policies should address the following situations:
Lost Packages
- Whether lost packages are replaced or refunded
- How long a package must be missing before being considered lost
- Whether buyers must contact the shipping carrier first
- Whether shipping insurance is required
Returns & Exchanges
- Whether returns or exchanges are accepted
- The timeframe for requesting a return
- Condition items must be in
- Who pays return shipping
If your shop does not accept returns, this must be clearly stated in your shop policies.
Subpar or Defective Items
- How buyers should report issues (photos required, timeframe, etc.)
- Whether you offer replacement, refund, or store credit
- The time limit for reporting problems after delivery
Professional Conduct
Sellers are expected to:
- Respond to customer questions in a timely manner
- Treat buyers respectfully
- Work toward fair resolutions when problems occur
Repeated complaints, misleading listings, or failure to follow posted policies may result in warnings or removal from the marketplace.
Press Instructions Must Be Included
Listings for transfers must include clear pressing instructions, including:
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Time
- Hot or cold peel instructions
If the seller does not include instructions in the listing, they must include them with the order.
No Copyright or Trademark Violations
Sellers may not list designs that violate copyright or trademark laws, including but not limited to:
- Licensed characters
- Brand logos
- Professional sports teams
- Trademarked phrases
Listings found to violate intellectual property laws may be removed without warning.
Seller Dispute Policy
If a buyer raises a concern, sellers are expected to follow these steps:
Step 1: Respond Promptly
Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries regarding order issues in a timely manner. Clear and professional communication is expected at all times.
Step 2: Work Toward Resolution
Sellers should make a good-faith effort to resolve issues directly with the buyer, following their posted shop policies (including policies on returns, exchanges, and refunds). Most disputes can be resolved quickly through open communication.
Step 3: Provide a Reasonable Solution
Sellers are expected to offer a fair and reasonable resolution when appropriate. This may include replacements, refunds, or other solutions based on the situation and shop policies.
Step 4: Cooperate with Marketplace Review
If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated for marketplace review. Sellers are required to fully cooperate during this process. The marketplace may request the following:
- Order details
- Photos of the product
- Shipping or tracking information
- Screenshots of communication
Failure to respond or cooperate may result in actions against the seller’s account.
Final Determination
After reviewing all submitted information, the marketplace will assist in determining a fair resolution. Sellers agree to abide by the final decision made by the marketplace.
